Exchange & Return Policy
At Zaynas Botanics, we strive to provide the highest quality products. If you receive an item that is incorrect, incomplete, or defective, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth resolution.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Timeframe: Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days after delivery if they are incorrect, incomplete, or damaged.

Condition: Zaynas Botanics will not accept exchanges for any item that has been used, washed, dried, or stained.

Alterations: We will not entertain exchange requests if the product has already been opened, used, or modified.

Integrity: We reserve the right to reject requests that misuse this policy or products returned with missing tags and components.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items

Color Variation: Due to monitor differences and lighting during professional photoshoots, exact colors or textures may vary slightly from your screen; products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Sale Items: Items purchased from our Sale or Discount sections are final and are NOT eligible for exchange or return.

Add-ons: Any product add-ons or bundles are not eligible for individual exchange.

Damage After Use: We are not responsible for damage, fading, or bleeding of colors due to improper washing or handling.
3. Shipping & Handling

Customer Responsibility: Shipping costs (both ways) for non-damaged items must be paid by the customer.

Defective Goods: Zaynas Botanics will bear delivery costs for defective or wrong merchandise only, though the return shipping cost to our facility remains with the customer.

Courier Service: We do not provide a pickup service; customers must send the parcel back to our headquarters via their choice of courier.
4. Refunds & Store Credit

No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer direct monetary refunds on purchased items.

Store Credit: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned parcel, customers may choose to exchange the product or receive store credit for future purchases.
